Who We Are
Helping Hands of Franklin County's mission is to provide financial assistance to help meet the emergency needs of Franklin County citizens.
Typical emergency needs are electric bill termination notices, rent or mortgage issues, heating fuel, prescription medication, food and other emergency needs.
In addition to emergency financial assistance, we provide budget counseling to our clients and referrals to other appropriate agencies. All discussions with clients are dignified, respectful and confidential.
Our Hours are:
For appointments, call 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
Counseling Hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
